Opt Out

Mercator Union respects your right to control your personal data. If you believe we may hold data relating to you and you would like to opt out of our data processing, you can submit a request below or contact us directly.

What Happens When You Opt Out

Upon receiving a valid opt-out request, we will:

1. Locate any records associated with the information you provide.
2. Suppress your data from our active databases within 30 days.
3. Propagate the suppression to any downstream partners who received your data from us.
4. Send you confirmation once the process is complete.

Suppressed records are retained solely for the purpose of maintaining the suppression (i.e., to ensure your data is not re-added).
